Hanoi: The Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam has cabled a message of condolences to the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Argentina (PCA) over the death of its General Secretary Víctor Gorodeki Kot.
The PCA leader passed away on January 24./.
