Vientiane:A delegation of National Assembly members from Constituency No. 12 in Khammouane Province extended their congratulations to Sonexay Siphandone on his election as President of the National Assembly and Saleumxay Kommasith on his election as Prime Minister during a meeting in Vientiane on October 7.
According to Lao News Agency, the delegation was led by Saysana Khodphouthone, who is the head of the constituency's National Assembly delegation and President of the Khammouane Provincial People's Council. He was accompanied by members of the delegation and the council's secretariat.
The delegation expressed their best wishes to the newly elected leaders, conveying confidence that the National Assembly and the government would continue to fulfill their responsibilities and serve the interests of the nation and its people.
