Vientiane: Under the latest pricing structure, the retail price of diesel has been reduced to 24,560 kip per litre, a move expected to provide some relief for transport operators, logistics companies and other sectors that depend heavily on diesel fuel. Meanwhile, the price of regular petrol has increased to 30,690 kip per litre under the new schedule.
According to Lao News Agency, the Ministry of Industry and Commerce reviews domestic fuel prices on a regular basis to reflect developments in international oil markets, import costs, exchange rate movements and other relevant economic factors.
The revised fuel prices are effective nationwide from June 25, 2026.
