Party General Secretary, State President To Lam and his spouse chaired an official welcome ceremony for President of Guinea-Bissau Umaro Sissoco Embalo and his spouse on September 6 at the Presidential Palace in Hanoi. After the ceremony, the two Presidents held talks.
