Vientiane: Prime Minister Sonexay Siphandone sent a congratulatory message to Pak Thae Song on January 8, 2025, to commend his appointment as Prime Minister of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK).
According to Lao News Agency, the message emphasized the strength of the longstanding friendship and cooperation between Laos and the DPRK. Prime Minister Siphandone expressed his confidence that these ties, bolstered by Pak Thae Song’s experiences, would continue to grow and expand. He highlighted the importance of close collaboration to ensure tangible benefits for the people of both nations.
